Everywhere I look these days I see a new article or book about morning routines of successful entrepreneurs and millionaires. As if this idea that if you just perfect your morning routine and how you wake up each day is going to be what decides the fate of your future success or lack thereof. Is there power in optimized routines? Of course.
As we wrap up Season 3 of Leaders Create Leaders
though, I’ve realized, after interviewing and spending time with some of the greatest leaders of our generation – they all have their own “wake-up” routine, but it’s likely not what you are thinking.
See, I’m not talking about the manner in which they open their eyes and start their mornings, I’m talking about the ongoing habits they exercise to go within. To look within themselves every day and ask ALL of themselves. To “wake-up” to this life we are living and make the most of it. Seize each day with every conscious effort of making their dreams a reality.
The differentiating factor I’ve noticed in every single leader or successful person I’ve encountered is that superpower of looking inside themselves for answers – instead of seeking answers from the outside world. They’ve mastered (and continue to master) their thoughts and feelings which allow them to manifest a reality of their choosing.
Humanity is facing an epidemic: fear plagues us.
Fear has become the predominant emotion of our planet. Fear of rejection. Fear of not being good enough. Fear of not being loved. Fear of failure. But the fear that scares me the most is that many of us continue to sleepwalk during our short time here on earth. Many of us, never truly wake up to make our dreams a reality. Instead, we allow these fears and anxieties to rule our day-to-day decision making.
While the average person fuels their life based on their fears, true leaders face their fears head-on. Why? Why would they consciously choose to run towards what scares them most? They know the secret. They know that the greatest reward, the greatest avenue of personal growth comes from conquering their deepest fears.
I invite you to join this movement in choosing to “wake-up” and spend each day on this Earth present – not feeling depressed about the past or anxious about the future – but present in this very moment. Be here now. The day that you realize that you can master your mind, your beliefs and your imagination will be the moment that you experience the abundance of what is truly possible in your world.

, my plea, to this Generation to create the reality you truly desire in the Season 3 Finale of Leaders Create Leaders.
